Charlotte P. “Char” Miller nee Rottenberg, 80; beloved wife for 59 years of Howard B. Miller; loving mother of Sheila (Paul Remias), Alan (Karen) and Gary (Margie) Miller; proud and adoring grandmother of Jason, Adam, Jessica and Grant; dear sister of Sheldon (Deanna), Seymour and the late Irving Rottenberg; cherished aunt, sister-in-law and friend of many. Char was proud to be an auxiliary member of the Jewish War Veterans. Chapel service Wednesday, 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Diabetes Assn, 55 E. Monroe St, Suite 3420, Chicago, IL 60603. Charlotte was a very loving and caring person. She was there when she was needed and very supportive when my mother was sick. She was there to help whenever her help was needed. She was loved and adored by the family. I hope that her family will continue to act in the manner and way that she did. I will miss her.
